	Description: Living London is a multi-branch estate agency operating in  South London whose website clicked straight through to findaproperty.com listings. It also needed an urgent redesign (see: Before / After) Estate Solutions completely redesigned the website to match the professionalism of the organisation. As well as property listings Living London opted to use our interactive property mapping which plots properties in real time on a satellite map - right in their site!  (see Blog: Estate Solutions develops Property Mapping) Originally Living London used FAP Editor and linked to findaproperty.com from their website. The visitors to their website were one click away from viewing another estate agent’s listings and it looked extremely unprofessional.We integrated our product esUploader (see Blog: FAP Editor solution found!) which allows multiple branches using FAP Editor to upload their properties directly from data already entered into FAP Editor. 	Description: Postcode Property Consultants (PCPC) operate throughout London and had a one page site which clicked straight through to findaproperty.com listings. Because PCPC used FAP Editor to organise their properties they used findaproperty.com to display them. This had a major flaw for them that the visitors to their website were one click away from viewing another estate agent’s listings! To change that so that their website listed their own properties they would need to upload directly to their website as well as adding the properties to FAP Editor which would have been slow and prone to error. We integrated our product: esUploader (see Blog: FAP Editor solution found!) which imports automatically their properties from FAP Editor and uploads to their website. The website was completely redesigned and now presents their properties (and only their properties!) in their own website formatted using their design and branding. URL: www.postcodepc.com
	Description: Churchill Estate Agents specialise in sales, lettings and property management in West and North West London. Churchill used a third party application to manage their property and applicant data. This uploaded their properties to a well known portal but, when they used that portal to download property data into their own website it didn’t allow them to brand themselves accordingly. We redesigned their site completely and allowed them to add their properties using an admin application set up how they preferred. They now can incorporate the essential elements of a professional website such as mapping of properties, image slideshow, mailing list generation and a much greater control over how their information looks. 	Description: Chase Devonshire specialise in lettings of properties in London as well as the home counties and Manchester. Along with more traditional sales and lettings, Chase Devonshire also provide unique property management services to a wide client base such as landlords, estate agents, tenants and investors. We created the website for Chase Devonshire from scratch, branding the website closely to their current identity and communications. Along with property listings (both map based and text listings) we gave Chase Devonshire the ability to show slideshows of properties, as much descriptive detail as required, mapping and mailing list generation functionality. 	Description: West Hill property consultants are situated in Highgate on the edge of the Heath, in the leafy and picturesque areas of North and North West London. Westhill uses our application estateUploader which takes data they have already entered into a popular office management application (Vebra EstateCraft) and uploads that data straight onto their website. This has advantages for Westhill and the most obvious being that the property data has only to be entered once saving time and eliminating errors. The website is automatically synchronised. Another benefit is that the data is backed up in the event that the database is lost or corrupted in the office. URL: www.westhill.info
	Description: Cooke Estates are a sales and lettings agency based in North London with the unique attribute of a fully functional locksmith business on the premises. Cooke Estates had an extremely unattractive and bug ridden website which was creating a less than desirable image for the multi branch estate agency. As well as incorporating current branding and textual content Estate Solutions added full property search functionality along with short listing, email a friend, features and room descriptions and image slideshows.
